When I am working with you to balance your body, I work in 2 ways.
1. Specific Balance What is the health issue you want addressed? Everything I do is in relation to that particular issue. Techniques will vary depending on what your body indicates it needs, but we are aiming to get into that issue as deeply as we can – to deal with the root cause of your problem.
2. Priority Balance When you just want to improve your health, but have no specific requirements, then we work with whatever your body indicates is the highest priority. Often many issues may be positively affected during this balance.
In Clinic, you may wish to lay down, sit or stand. The main thing is that you feel comfortable. To gain a restful state during your balance is helpful in healing.
Distance Wellness Balance (Zoom Room, Phone or Skype)
If you're unable to visit Outback Wellness Clinic, then you may choose to have a Wellness Balance on-line. (Zoom, Phone or Skype) I will call you via your preferred method, at your appointment time.
I suggest you find a comfortable spot to lay down / sit and relax.
